Pre-Orders
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it's officially released or back in stock. Your order is confirmed and charged at the time of purchase, and your item ships once it becomes available.
When will my pre-order ship?
Estimated ship dates are listed on each pre-order product page, but it usually ranges from 40-90 days. We'll also send you an email update as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I order pre-order and in-stock items together?
Yes, but please note that your entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is available. If you'd like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Pre-orders can be cancelled before pre-order window closes. Email us at support@shopgoldenage.jp with your order number and we'll process your cancellation and refund.
Will pre-order items be restocked after release?
Not always — some drops are limited. Pre-ordering is the best way to guarantee your size and colorway.

What materials are your products made from?
Our caps, hoodies, and jackets are crafted from premium materials built for comfort and durability. Specific fabric details are listed on each product page.
How do I find my size?
Each product includes a sizing guide on its product page. When in doubt, measure a similar item and compare your measurements to our size charts.
How do I care for my items?
Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on any printed or embroidered areas.
Are your colorways limited edition?
Some colorways are released as limited drops and may not be restocked. Follow us on social media to stay up to date on new releases.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of being placed. Contact us immediately at shopgoldenagejp@gmail.com if you need to make changes.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Use it to track your package on the carrier's website.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the US takes 5–14 business days for IN STOCK items.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
How do I start a return or exchange?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
